FED’s National Education Summit held on the 1st – 4th March was opened by the current Secretary of State for Education, Gavin Williamson. In his opening speech (beginning at 12:05), he shares his hopes for the future of education, reflecting on the successes and failures of the past, notably recognising the teachers and students that will benefit wholly from a long term plan for education.
