Essential skills are those highly transferable skills which support the application of knowledge and technical skill, including teamwork, leadership, creativity, problem solving, speaking, listening, aiming high and staying positive. They support positive academic outcomes, as well as supporting wellbeing, high aspirations, and stronger career performance.
We bring together more than 750 impact organisations, businesses, and education institutions around ensuring that every child and young person builds those skills as a normal part of a good education, and we’re pleased to partner with FED towards that shared vision.
