FED Ambassador: Liam Roberts is the Founder and CEO of The Edwin Group, a national collective of specialist education companies supporting over 6,000 schools and nearly 70% of all Multi-Academy Trusts across England. With a career rooted in education, recruitment and leadership, Liam has driven large-scale transformation in the sector. After joining Vision for Education in 2012, he became Managing Director by 2016 and later joined the Executive Team at TES. In 2020, Liam led a successful management buyout to establish The Edwin Group; an ambitious, tech-enabled platform committed to supporting the recruitment, retention, and well-being of education staff. Under his leadership, Edwin has grown into a sophisticated service partner to schools and trusts, uniting expertise across staffing, school improvement and leadership support.
