Steve Harris is Director and Executive Headteacher at Greenwich Learning Partnership. Steve is a serving Headteacher currently leading three maintained primary schools and is also the Director of the Greenwich Learning Partnership.

With over 15 years of experience as a Headteacher and Executive Headteacher, his strategic work remains firmly based on the daily realities of school life. Steve is an advocate for system-led improvement and believes in the power of effective collaboration across schools, school groups, and Local Authorities.

He is committed to supporting professional development for all staff, training and mentoring teachers through every stage of their career – from initial training through to coaching experienced Headteachers. Steve believes that highly skilled staff, working within system-wide partnerships, are the key to ensuring every school and every student has the opportunity to succeed.
