Ian Denison, Director Owner and Founder of Inscyte Limited, Co-Founder of Project PFI. Through Inscyte, Ian supports over a hundred Schools and Academies, twenty Multi-Academy Trusts, and four Local Authorities, including the two biggest Authorities in England. Inscyte’s technical asset and facilities management expertise has been influential in advising educational organisations who are engaged in the complexities of a PFI contractual arrangement. Ian has spent 33 years as a Senior Manager and Director, the last 17 years have involved supporting educational organisations to deliver major project management services to Schools managing change, service modelling and contract compliance. Ian has delivered 15 capital developments within education over a 9-year period.
Prior to founding InscyteLimited, Ian spent 15 years within the NHS managing every non-clinical service possible from FM services, sterile services, pharmacy distribution courier services, right through to mortuary management. This eclectic, diverse people management background has given Ian a unique understanding in the often-complex relationships between the built environment and the recruitment and retention of staff and their motivations. Ian describes himself as an asset management and workforce pragmatist.
