Stuart has over 20 years’ experience in the Construction and Facilities Management sectors, with specialist expertise in Private Finance Initiatives, project management, commercial and contractual compliance, and asset management. He has led and supported a wide range of complex projects across public and private sector portfolios, ensuring delivery is aligned with strategic goals and regulatory requirements.
As a Director of Inscyte, Stuart is a leading expert in supporting the public sector with the significant challenges of achieving best value from their PFI contracts, primarily in the education sector. Through Inscyte, Stuart supports over a hundred schools and academies, more than twenty multi-academy trusts, and seven local authorities, including the two biggest authorities in England. Stuart has designed, built and operated all aspects of education estates, and continues to challenge the asset operators to optimise their service delivery to benefit pupils, staff and the wider school communities.
