A short history of employer engagement: Once more round the buoy or set fair for a better voyage

In celebration of the 150th Anniversary of State Education in England, we are sharing how organisations and individuals are reflecting on the influence of this act from their perspectives. We are keen to reflect on the past in order the better shape the future: Looking Back – Moving Forward.

We are delighted to be able to share the paper titled ‘A short history of employer engagement: Once more round the buoy or set fair for a better voyage’ by Professor (Emeritus) Prue Huddleston, University of Warwick.

This paper was published by Education and Employers and as Nick Chambers (CEO) indicates this insightful paper ‘encourages debate around the progress and purposes of employer engagement with the education sector’.
