Aliyah Irabor-York

Aliyah is a fierce change maker and the founder of Pupil Power, a national student-led
movement challenging the reimagination of the future of education. Her advocacy strives to
centre youth voices; whilst bridging the gap between young people and educational leaders
and policy makers. Aliyah’s critical work has been recognised through her nominations for
the Telegraph and ITVs National Diversity Awards as ‘Entrepreneur of Excellence’.

She finished her A-Levels in 2021, and is now studying Education, Policy and International
Development at the University of Cambridge. Most recently, Aliyah was appointed board member of Lyfta Ed- an immersive 360 degree learning platform
