FED Ambassador: Caitlin Bell is the Head of Market Development at Capita, where she leads strategic initiatives to expand market presence and drive business growth. In this role, she is responsible for identifying new market opportunities, developing go-to-market strategies, and fostering key client relationships, predominantly focusing on the education sector. Caitlin’s previous roles at Capita have included Chief of Staff for the Public Service CEO, Client Partner (DfE), and multiple project and programme management roles across large central government programmes. Caitlin has a first-class honours degree in Drama and French from the University of Birmingham and is passionate about the power of education to bring people together and transform lives. Caitlin has also lived, studied, and worked oversees, in France, the U.S and has also spent time volunteering at a women’s association in Burkina Faso.
