FED Ambassador: Dr Kate Bridge has spent more than 20 years helping young people discover what they are capable of – whether through Physics, sport, or learning life-saving skills such as CPR. A Chartered Teacher and Co-Chair of the Practitioner Council at FED, she is committed to bridging research and practice in education. Kate previously served on the Council of the Chartered College of Teaching and chaired its Journal Committee. Her published research spans both Sports Engineering and Education.
A passionate advocate for Physics for All and Sport for All, Kate believes that joy is not only the reward for learning but the catalyst for it. By fostering enjoyment, challenge and belonging, she aims to help young people develop the resilience and confidence to thrive.
