Jason Horne is a Partner at GSV Ventures, a venture capital fund investing in the most dynamic entrepreneurs and companies across digital education and workforce skills. GSV’s portfolio includes ClassDojo, Class Technologies, Coursera, Course Hero, Degreed, Guild Education, Masterclass, and Photomath amongst others. He is also deeply involved in the ASU+GSV Summit, the premier global EdTech event co-hosted annually by GSV. Jason is based in GSV’s New York City office. He began his career in Chicago with Deloitte Corporate Finance in the investment banking division. Jason later joined GSV Advisors as a senior associate, providing M&A advisory services principally within the education and talent technology sectors.
Just prior to GSV Ventures, Jason lived in London where he led Corporate Development for TES Global, then a TPG Capital-backed business. During his time with TES Global, Jason helped to transform the 100+ year old organization into a leading digital education business through the execution of many strategic partnerships and transactions across the USA, Europe, and Australia.
