Justin is the HundrED UK Lead and Founder and Director of Conscious Learning Ltd, connecting people with opportunities and unlocking potential. He leads the HundrED UK Community identifying innovation in education. HundrED has over 800 Ambassadors in more than 100 countries and is working on every continent. Justin helps leaders and organisations in education and business with supporting their strategy, people development, sustainability, and greater social impact across the UK and around the world.
Justin is a member of the aba core team a purpose and strategy consultancy helping purposeful organisations and purpose-led leaders and he also supports globalbridge working at the nexus of education, skills and industry helping emerging talent connect with the world of work. He is a member of the Harvard Flourishing Network, involved with the Human Flourishing Program at Harvard University and is on the Leaders On Purpose Advisory Council, working with CEOs, business, government and NGOs to create a better world that is good for people and our planet.
Justin supports the World Leadership Alliance the world’s largest forum of 100+ former democratic Presidents and Prime Ministers strengthening leadership, education, wellbeing, peace-building and democracy that delivers on a global scale. Justin has worked in education for 30 years and during his prior role as Head of Social Responsibility, his previous school was awarded School of the Year for transformational learning school partnership initiatives he led in disadvantaged communities in Africa and Asia. Justin is part of an award-winning team that won the Chelsea Flower Show People’s Choice Award for Innovation and he helped establish award-winning personal development based on 20 years’ executive development with FTSE 100 CEOs.
Justin was one of the very first to receive the Spiritual, Moral, Social and Cultural Gold Award in the UK, which was launched at the House of Lords. Justin has helped design and shape a number of Annual Headteachers’ Conferences and national and global education events and he has convened many very high-profile events and conferences attended by over 10,000 since 2010 on education, social mobility, innovation, the future of learning and leadership with Government Ministers, UN Advisors and award-winning companies and school leaders.
Justin is part of the 17 Rooms initiative working in partnership with The Rockefeller Foundation and the Brookings Institute in support of advancing solutions for the UN SDGs. Justin is best known for being a natural connector with a wide-reaching network supporting innovation in education and business as a force for good. He helps people and organisations connect with and an aligned audience, employees, talent and partners that is good for people and our planet in service of shaping a better future and a transformed world.
