Prior to Opogo, Justyn scaled Global Group internationally to £120m. Core to Justyn’s ventures is innovation; for the past three years, he has been working with schools, universities, the DoE and educators to re-design a recruitment and retention Ecosystem for the education sector. Opogo is a social enterprise with a clear mission to improve recruitment and retention across the education sector and help drive the change the sector needs over the next decade or so.
