Sarah is Chief Executive of Inspiration for All, a not for profit social enterprise that harnesses the capabilities of business to work with education to advance social mobility together.
Originally a maths teacher, Sarah moved into educational publishing, creating market leading content, assessment and digital solutions. More recently Sarah led on efficacy across Pearson’s English Language Learning and Global Schools businesses, working with governments, school chains, and product teams to improve outcomes for learners. Using this experience as an Impact Consultant, Sarah supports educational organisations to articulate, implement and measure the impact that they want to have. She is currently supporting the FED team to develop a Theory of Change.
Sarah is a Trustee in a Multi-Academy Trust in Hackney, and at One Degree Mentoring, a charity that focuses on raising aspirations and attainment of underachieving teenagers.
