Shaun Odili currently works at the charity Versus Arthritis, where he focuses on the intersection between health and work. In his previous role at Bliss he led a research project examining the service and provision of neonatal allied health professionals, psychological professionals and pharmacists in the U.K. He previously worked as a policy analyst at the Bank of England and was a policy research intern at the Institute for Economic Affairs (IEA). At the IEA, he researched the impact of homelessness and housing quality on educational disparities.
He was the UK Y20 2022 Youth Employment Delegate. In this role, he represented young people within the UK on an international stage by researching youth employment issues in the U.K. and using this research to create and advocate for policies to tackle these issues. He was also part of the FED’s learners council for over 3 years.
Shaun is passionate about health policy, social policy, youth empowerment, education, research and entrepreneurship. He aspires to navigate a career within policy development, research and social entrepreneurship to create positive socio-economic change.
