As well as being the leading membership organisation for Parent Teacher Associations (PTAs) for over 60 years across England, Wales and Northern Ireland, Parentkind are advocates for parent voice. Our role is to ensure that all parents can participate in education and have their voices heard. We have a vision of where parents are both, fully engaged and seen as essential partners in the success of a children’s education. A future where homes and schools work together for the good of all children and society as a whole. Our aim is to advance education by encouraging the fullest cooperation between home and school, education authorities, central government and many other interested parties. Ultimately, we want more parents involved and engaged in their child’s education, in more ways at home and at school.
