Adam Dale, CEO at Leger Education Trust. Adam successfully led the application for the establishment of Leger Education Trust (LET) which has developed rapidly to schools from all phases including primary, secondary, sixth form and alternative provision alongside numerous partnership schools.

Upon commencement of the Trust he became founding CEO and leads the strategic development of the Trust including the growth in school partnerships. He also has experience of numerous positions on boards and organisations across Doncaster, Yorkshire and beyond, including chair of DASH (Doncaster Association of Secondary Heads), the DfE OA Board, Exchange Partnership, The Positive Change Alliance and other strategic partners.

Prior to becoming CEO, he has had numerous school leadership positions including Headteacher at Campsmount Academy leading the school through significant change and improvement, moving from Requires Improvement to Good in all areas. He is a graduate of Loughborough University and spent 20 years in Headteacher and leadership roles in the London area prior to moving back to Yorkshire.
