As Director of Digital at LEO Academy Trust, Cheryl provides visionary strategic leadership across the organisation’s digital landscape of 12 schools. Moving beyond the classroom, she now oversees four key pillars: Data & Insights, Networks & Systems, Digital Marketing, and Digital Learning. In this role, she drives operational efficiency and educational excellence. A Fellow of the Chartered College of Teaching and holder of an NPQH, Cheryl was recognised as the 2022 Pearson Silver Award winner for Digital Innovator of the Year.
