With a background in primary maths teaching and leadership at school and trust-wide level, he has extensive experience supporting schools to strengthen their curriculum, pedagogy, and professional development in mathematics.
At White Rose Education, James leads a range of projects that help schools enhance the quality of maths teaching and learning. He has designed and delivered professional development programmes attended by thousands of teachers across the UK and internationally, ensuring training is both evidence-informed and practical for classroom application.
