John Faulconbridge is an experienced teacher, John has experienced leading in Staffordshire Schools in departmental roles, pastoral roles and substantively as Deputy Headteacher in the Catholic sector during a 35-year career. John has led on all facets of Secondary school leadership and has served as a Chairman of Governors within the primary sector.
Following a full career in teaching John has worked on two large scale National projects with the Department for Education. John led the quality assurance framework for the Capita University of Birmingham Early Careers framework for teachers from 2022-23 and assumed overall programme leadership 2023-24.
In 2024 John led the DfE funded flexible working project for Capita working with inspirational sector leaders across the country to support the retention and recruitment of teachers.
John is committed to the creation of a vibrant healthy education workforce that can be recruited, retained and sustained.
