FED Ambassador: Rosie Clayton is an education specialist and entrepreneur with extensive experience working with leaders in schools, colleges, Multi-Academy Trusts, and Government on high-profile innovation and edtech programmes. She began her career in Government and policy before moving into education, and has led a wide range of innovation initiatives in the UK and internationally: exploring the future of curriculum, pedagogy, and assessment; designing place-based models such as Cities of Learning; and developing new technologies to transform education. All with a core focus on equity and inclusion, and setting all young people up to thrive in life. Rosie is currently Head of Digital Leadership & Innovation at the Transforming Learning Group, and previously co-founded Rethinking Assessment. She is also a Commissioner on the RSA-UFI national Digital Badging Commission.
