FED Ambassador: Rupert graduated in Law and, following operational service in the British Army, has built a distinguished career in venture capital and has a far-reaching insight into investment into innovative, viable and scalable early-stage companies.
In 2013 Rupert founded InvestUK Group, a Foreign Direct Investment platform helping international entrepreneurs and innovators establish successful companies into Britain, that has so far facilitated 350 transactions across multiple sectors.
He is a regular speaker at international conferences, a TEDx speaker and an evangelist for the UK enterprise economy.
He has acts pro bono for the Department for Education as an independent trustee specializing in change management, focused on improving educational outcomes for disadvantaged children. He is currently Chairman of challenger Multi Academy Trust.
