Meet our people

Sue Williamson is Chief Executive of SSAT. She joined SSAT in 2002 and focused on leadership and innovation.  Sue worked with Professor David Hargreaves on the personalising learning agenda and developed SSAT’s suite of leadership programmes.  She was Headteacher of Monks’ Dyke Technology College for eight years.  She is trustee of two MATs and Chair of Governing Board at Melbourn Village College. Sue believes that outstanding schools have one focus – to meet the needs of their students. Sue has an honorary doctorate from the University of Wolverhampton in recognition of her work in school improvement.
